What We're Solving
Thousands of children in underserved communities fall behind in school due to overcrowded classrooms, lack of resources, and no support at home. Once they fall behind, it becomes nearly impossible to catch up and many simply drop out.
How We Respond
Using Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) methodology, we provide one-on-one and small-group tutoring, supply textbooks and learning materials, and work directly with teachers to identify struggling students early. We don't replace the school system we fill the gaps it can't.
How It Works
Teachers identify students who are falling behind in literacy or numeracy.
We assign trained tutors (volunteers or paid facilitators) to work with them 3x per week.
We supply workbooks, textbooks, and learning aids tailored to each child's level.
Progress is tracked monthly. Parents are kept informed. If a child catches up, they graduate from the programme.
