What We're Solving
Not every young person wants or needs a university degree. Many need a trade a skill they can use to earn a living immediately. But vocational training costs money, requires tools, and demands time they can't afford while trying to survive.
How We Respond
We offer free 6-12 month vocational training programmes in high-demand trades. Students learn from master craftspeople, work with real tools and materials, and graduate with a marketable skill. We also help with job placement or startup support for those ready to work independently.
How It Works
Applicants choose a trade based on interest and local market demand.
Training runs 5 days/week, combining hands-on practice with business basics (pricing, customer service, basic accounting).
Students receive tools and materials during training no cost to them.
Upon graduation, we connect them with employers or provide startup kits (sewing machine, toolbox, etc.) for independent work.
